Seemansrust is a comfortable and cosy single storey beach house located on Langebaan main beach, walking distance from Langebaan CBD with all the shops and restaurants. This is probably one of the best locations in Langebaan. From this location you can witness the perfect Langebaan sunset over the lagoon.

The house has a large thatched enclosed stoep, with a built-in braai, serving as a living and dining area. The house also has an enclosed garden and a lovely large lawn.

You dont get better and closer to the beach than this. The front gate opens onto the Langebaan lagoon. The house is perfectly suited for big families and we had an amazing time. We have been here a couple of times now and everytime the weekend/holidays just get better. One of the best accommodation's we have stayed in throughout South Africa.

Awesome experience, this is our first choice for family vacation close to home. As a family with kids and grand kids, this location is perfect! You have to experience it, opening your gate to step onto the beach, braaing on the enclosed stoep while your grandchildren are enjoying the beach and you being able to view it from your stoep, truly amazing. It's like you buying quality time which is priceless!!

This is the perfect location for a truly enjoyable holiday, especially for the whole family. This is our 1st choice for a family vacation. The property is most suitable for our family, which include children and grandchildren. You open your gate and you are on the beach! It does not get beter than this! You owe it to yourself and your family to experience this

Best location in Langebaan. Right on the lagoon and able to watch the grandkids play on the beach from an armchair in the enclosed stoep. Awesome breakaway was had by all.
